Carl Pike leads the architectural design direction of the practice. He has significant experience in residential architecture, as an ARB architect he has completed many projects, specialising in extensions, loft conversions, basements, and the refurbishment of homes across London. Carl is responsible for guiding projects through the design and planning stages, developing thoughtful architectural solutions that respond to each client’s brief while respecting the character of the surrounding environment.
Ross Malone – Managing Director
Ross Malone oversees the strategic direction and delivery of the practice’s projects. With extensive experience in residential architecture and construction, Ross manages client relationships, project coordination, and the overall development process from concept through to completion. His practical understanding of building, combined with a strong focus on clear communication and project management, ensures that each project is delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
