Malone + Pike were appointed to completely renovate and extend this Victorian terrace complete with side extension, ground floor extension, first floor extension and loft conversion.

Glazed band

The glazed band separates the new from the old, the side extension provides ensuites for the two large first floor bedrooms, as well as providing a ground floor boot room and utility room.

Maximising available space

The property was unloved, with huge potential. We were able to add 1300 sq/ft to the property.
