Tall glazed rear extension in Wandsworth Common Conservation area.

Malone + Pike were appointed to reconfigure this property with a complete internal refurbishment and a new tall glazed extension to the rear replacing the existing. This project is in progress.

Interior design

We have designed a bespoke timber staircase within the rear of the new extension connecting the basement to the kitchen.

Before the works – the new extension will improve the outlook to the newly landscaped garden.

The basement will be stripped back and completely redesigned.
