Creating a large kitchen extension
The brief was to create a large kitchen extension and adding on a new floor at loft level both over the main property and the rear addition.
Retaining the original features
As the property had been untouched for so long, many of the original features were still there and the client wanted to retain as many features as possible in the completed project
A fire curtain was used to enable the open plan feel on the ground floor.
Lots of the materials used in the project were reclaimed antiques and care taken to preserve and restore features throughout the project.
