While the original structure was robust, it necessitated a more open and practical design, along with significant enhancements to light and flow.

By incorporating a rear extension, we were able to establish a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, featuring full-width glazing that seamlessly connects the home to its mature garden. Internal reconfigurations have enhanced circulation and facilitated a more intuitive transition between living spaces—whilst preserving key period features throughout.
