Extending & renovating a Victorian Terrace

Malone + Pike were appointed to completely renovate and extend this Victorian terrace which went on to break records for £’s per sq ft.

Creating a large kitchen extension

The brief was to create a large kitchen extension and making the rest of the property work for our clients and their young family.

Retaining the original features

The back of the property was propped and the existing structural walls removed and supported by a new steel frame.

Bespoke garden kitchen.

The garden became an extension of the kitchen space with a fully functional garden kitchen, raised beds and artificial grass.

Bath in the eaves

The loft had been added before we started and can be dated by the fire escape velux window. We turned the top floor into a ensuite with the bath positioned in the slope of the eaves.
