Refurbishment and renovation

Our clients purchased a property that had not been lived in for a while and was in desperate need of a refurbishment. We were instructed to build a side return extension on the ground floor and renovate the rest of the substantial property before they moved in.

The outcome is a substantial house that makes great use of the middle reception room.
